After Jason breaks free of Nega's hallucinations, the doppelganger turns into a large, batwinged Lovecraftian horror. But Jason calls upon the power of Chaos and the 8 Chaos Emeralds, changing into a mental representation of his super form: Chaos Jason!!

BOSS NUMBER: 12

CLASS 9 MENTAL MANIFESTATION

FIGHTERS: Chaos Jason

ARENA: Void of the Mind

CONDITIONS: The gameplay is that of a classic Super Sonic final boss, with a timer counting down from one minute that needs to be extended by gathering up gold rings, but with each attack from the boss taking away rings.

ATTACKS:

Fireballs: Insanity N. will shoot a fireball at Chaos Jason from his claws.

Meteors: Insanity N. will make meteors fly at Chaos Jason.

Lightning: Insanity N. will have lightning bolts shoot towards Chaos Jason.

Entanglement: The sleeves of the straitjacket will extend and try to strangle Chaos Jason.

Poison Gas: Insanity Nega will create a cloud of poisonous gas that will mess up the controls and take away rings.

Whip: Nega will use his straightjacket sleeves as a whip.

Extreme:
Double Trouble: Nega combines two of his attacks into one.

Slash: Nega slashes his claws in front of himself, making two slash marks fly towards the player.

Roar: Insanity Nega creates an earsplitting roar.

Homing Meteor: Nega throws a flaming meteor that homes in on the player.

Sequence attack(The Very end only): Insanity Nega wraps Jason up in his straitjacket sleeves as the screen begins to darken and the player's health meter starts decreasing. If the correct buttons aren't pressed the game is over. If pressed however Ch Jason will break free, fly to the far end of the battlefield, then start up his most powerful attack, Chaos Nova, which ends the fight.

GRAPPLE: Nega grabs the player and drains some health.
